Managing Gen Z employees

Leadership is timeless, having been practiced for ages with certain principles remaining consistent throughout history. However, significant changes are occurring now, driven not by digitalization or remote work, but by the influence of Millennials and Generation Z in management roles, accelerating the need for new leadership approaches. Why is this happening, and how do we lead them? In this course, we explore Generation Z's unique characteristics, strengths, challenges, and effective strategies for leading them. 


Goals

The goals of this course are to understand the unique characteristics and challenges of Generation Z and to equip managers with modern strategies and skills to effectively manage and support this new workforce.

Clara Löfvenhamn Management and Leadership Coach

Clara Löfvenhamn is developing the leaders of tomorrow as a lecturer and trainer in different subject about leadership and management and as a leadership coach, mentor and advisor. She has founded the Swedish leadership blog Bossbloggen and the Facebookgroup Bossbrudar for women who are working as leaders or wants to do that in the future and is co-hosting the podcast Mentalt Starkt Ledarskap. She is a behavioural scientists specialized in leadership and organization, journalist and has worked more than fifteen years, most of them in the transportation industry.
